When a conveyance needs to be modernized we use high quality American made non-proprietary components, ensuring future repair parts will be available to the customer in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Non-proprietary Equipment - Automated Elevator Systems LLC installations differ from that of the major manufacturer, the competitors manufacture and install proprietary equipment to ensure their future business. Automated Elevator Systems has a strict non-proprietary philosophy, we put the customer first by installing only non-proprietary systems. Meaning all parts, schematics and programming resources are available from the manufacturer to any contractor. When we install this readily available equipment, the customer is not required to continue to use Automated Elevator Systems LLC for future service or repair.
